), the story revolves around Cédric who works in a precision mechanics company catastrophically run by an investment fund. When the company announces the next resale to another fund, Cédric decides to take over the company himself and hand it over to his employees.

Takeover is produced by Denis carot and Ulysses Payet from Elzevir Movies, in co-production with VLR Productions, The 400 nails, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Cinema and Day2Feast (which will distribute the film in French theaters). The feature film was pre-purchased by Canal + and Cinema +, and also benefits from the support of SOFICA Cinéventure. The six-week shoot ran from August 16 to September 24, with Eva sehet driving photography. International sales are driven by Party film sales.
