Facedrive: Announces Auditor Process Change and Provides Company Update

TORONTO, October 4, 2021 / CNW / – Facedrive Inc. (“Facedrive“or the”Society“) (TSXV: FD) (OTCQX: FDVRF) announces that it has received a notice of resignation from its auditor and that the Company has initiated the formal process for a change of auditor under NI 51-102 – Continuous information obligations (“Regulation 51-102As part of this process, the Company will soon provide further details in a disclosure package regarding the resignation of the auditor in accordance with section 4.11 of NI 51-102. There have been no disputes with the auditor upon resignation The Company is in the process of selecting a successor auditor from a number of qualified firms.

The Company also announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Fairy Lee, who, at the end of August, announced his intention to resign his position with the Company in September 2021, has agreed to continue serving as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer until the Company appoints his successor, whose process remains active and ongoing.

Following an earlier company update dated September 1, 2021, the Company will also file on SEDAR the forms of lock-up agreements entered into with various shareholders.
