The fourth season of “Cobra Kai” will likely air towards the end of 2021. With the new episodes set to debut in a few months, some fans might be curious if the show’s post-production process is complete.

One of the show’s creators gave fans an update on his post-production

One of the show’s creators and executive producers, Jon Hurwitz, recently appeared on Instagram Live with actor Dan Ahdoot, who plays Anoush in “Cobra Kai”. Hurwitz shared on Twitter that he provided information about Season 4 during the live broadcast.

“I spilled minor beans on my man @standupdan during my very first Instagram Live appearance. #CobraKai #BreakingNews #AnoushWithTheScoop, ”read the tweet, which was posted on July 21.

During the direct, Ahdoot asked Hurwitz to share information on the upcoming season. The executive producer claimed that season 4 of “Cobra Kai” was “really good”. He went on to note that they “locked the frame to all ten episodes,” meaning the editor’s cut, director’s cut, and producer ‘s cut have likely been completed. Hurwitz said post-production for the season is “not all over.”

“There is still some stuff to do in the post, but it’s a very, very good season,” said the executive producer.

Ahdoot then noted that he was shocked at “how quickly [he has] to set up a season. Hurwitz replied that the workload is “a bit too much but it’s good”.

Ahdoot also shared that during production on the show, Hurwitz and the other “Cobra Kai” creators, Josh Heald and Hayden Schlossberg, “are like those zombies who are like jumping on caffeine.” The actor went on to say that due to Hurwitz’s busy schedule on set, they couldn’t spend much time together. Hurwitz then explained that he had known Ahdoot for about two decades and recounted their first interaction.

“The first time I met you, it was brief. When we were in college. I was in New York one summer and our mutual friend from Long Island who you grew up with and went to college with took me to see your stand-up. So I think we briefly met one night at that time, ”the writer said.

Ahdoot said he “vaguely remembers[ed]”The meeting. He then noted that he appreciated being able to” finally work “with Hurwitz on” Cobra Kai “.

“I feel like we zigzagged a lot of different projects and nothing really happened and it was worth it for the latter to finally like to hit,” the actor said.

Ahdoot is friendly with the other members of the show’s cast and crew.

Ahdoot is close to the rest of the cast and crew of “Cobra Kai”. For example, he and Bret Ernst, who plays Louie, the cousin of Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio), are currently on a comedy tour. The 40-year-old is also friends with Courtney Henggeler, the actress who plays Anoush’s boss, Amanda LaRusso.

In June, Henggeler appeared in an episode of Ahdoot Podcast “Green Eggs and Dan”, where the co-stars admitted to teasing each other in a playful way. However, Ahdoot has claimed he enjoys spending time with his co-star.

“She’s probably – don’t tell the other guys – she’s probably my favorite actor on the show. She’s so amazing and I think what people realize is the guys stay for the Courtneys, ”the actor said.
